Monitoring
The cloud team has changed some of the queue parameters to help alleviate the load on the system. We will be monitoring the system for the next 24 hours to make sure the queue has improved.

Investigating
Currently we are seeing occasional slowness in scan times. OPSWAT Engineering teams are researching this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and will let you know as soon as this has been resolved.
