Incident Report for OPSWAT Services

Resolved

Technical teams performed a full analysis of the backup from the incident. The site and configuration files were identical. We believe the issue was caused by an issue with the Amazon ELB state. Once the site was removed and added back to the ELB the site began working again. We are adding this scenario to our monitoring system.

Technical teams have backed up the system for analysis. We have restored the website back to a previous version to restore services. Technical teams will perform a deeper analysis of the cause of the issue.
