Update
We have determined the cause of the issue. The cleanup phase after the last build process did not complete and ran out of space during the next build process. We manually cleaned up the old build and started generating the new packages. We anticipate the build to take 3 hours to complete. We will then update both US and Europe systems. In addition we are implementing monitoring solutions to catch issues like this in the future. The next update will be in 3 hours.
