After running clean for 8 hours we are calling the incident resolved. Technical teams will be reviewing the output from the logs to determine the cause.

Technical teams are working on an issue with the scan servers occasionally timing out on Metadefender Cloud. We are working on stabilizing the system. If you receive an error when scanning, please retry later. We will update the status once we determine the cause.
