Technical teams have resolved the issue with account creation on Portal. The issue was due to a misconfiguration of the account creation logic. All systems are working normally now.

An issue has been identified with OPSWAT SSO account activation. Users may see an error when activating new accounts. Our technical teams are working with our vendors to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This incident affected: MetaDefender IT-OT Access (MetaDefender IT-OT Access - US (gears.opswat.com)) and MetaDefender Cloud - US and Asia (metadefender.opswat.com (Front End)).
