We have fully restored the Multiscanning functionality in Europe. Everything is now back to normal.

We have identified the issue as being one of our scan engines that is failing. In turn, the failure breaks the scanning process entirely. We are taking steps to ensure partial multiscanning availability while we are working on the underlying problem.

We are currently investigating the Multiscanning outage in Europe region. All other regions are working properly. We will come back with more details after our investigation.
