OPSWAT Technical teams found the issue with the system. We recovered the settings and recovered the system. No files or emails were affected. Only the connection to the database was changed.

OPSWAT technical teams have detected an issue with Hosted Policy Patrol SFT at files.opswat.com. We are working to resolve it now.
