Update
At this time, our services are operating normally, with the exception of free scanning. We are working on processing the free scanning backlog at this moment, with an ETA of two to three hours until queues are processed.

The issue is now fixed. We are currently clearing the backlog. Normal service should resume in 30 minutes.

Update
We have been working diligently on MetaDefender Cloud to resolve an issue within some of our systems, we have identified and worked to implement some fixes, but those have not fixed the issue yet, we are still working to have the service fully operation. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We have identified and implemented a fix for the issue, and we are continuing to work on the issue with MetaDefender Cloud to become fully operational and will provide more updates shortly.
