Technical teams have completed the recovery of the storage system. Files.opswat.com is fully operational. Technical teams are diving into the cause of the failure and to remove the potential of this in the future.

Update

The storage system is still in a recovering state. The system is under load so this has extended our recover to 3 hours. Based on current estimates we have another hour to go. Update in less than 1 hour.

Identified

We have determined the issue is with the storage system. We are recovering the drive now. We expect it to complete in two hours.
