This is a notice to inform customers that MetaAccess and OPSWAT Client are scheduling a release on November 23, 2021 at 6:00PM-8:00PM PDT. There should be no degradation of services during this upgrade. Our customer success team will be available to assist you if you encounter unexpected behavior. No action is required during or after this maintenance. Additions in this release: 1. Remediation: enable customer to configure which client is downloaded from the remediation page 2. Event Logs: write an event to the log when a user updates their PIN or logout 3. Policy: allow users to add a new version of approved patch management and antimalware application, add support for blocking certain apps 4. Improvement: optimize the communication between Client & backend services 5. Devices: add support to filter Inventory by Persistent or On-Demand devices 6. Bugs Fixed.
