Monitoring
We have stabilized our systems and we are fully operational. However, the 3rd party DNS service still has their incident in 'Monitoring' state, so we will keep this incident still open as a precaution.

We are currently experiencing degraded performance on Multiscanning service. The issue is caused by an on-going incident at our DNS provider. You should expect delays in your scan requests.

This incident affected: MetaDefender Cloud Services - EU (API - Multiscanning) and MetaDefender Cloud Services - US, Pacific Area, Asia (API - Multiscanning).
