Our queues are currently being processed by an upscaled infrastructure and everything looks normal so far. We will keep monitoring the situation. All new free scans experience normal scan times.

We have experienced a high volume of scan requests on the free tier over the weekend which caused a pile of scan messages on our queues. We have temporarily increased capacity to process all the messages. In the meantime, you might experience higher than usual scan times.
This affects only the free tier scanning, none of our subscribed customers are affected.
