The service went operational again due to new instances. The issue with multi-scanning has been resolved.

The issue has been resolved by disabling the mentioned engine. Ometascan service was restarted on all the affected scan servers. We are currently monitoring to make sure the service continues to run smoothly.

We've identified an issue with the Jiangmin Engine causing degraded performance. The service is up and running, meanwhile we are working on a resolution. Thank you for your patience.
