Technical teams found some additional discrepancy between our back end servers. We are continuing to test and review the system before releasing it into the wild. There should be no perceivable impact to our customers. Thank you for your patience.

Monitoring
Connectivity issues have been resolved between the front end and back end systems. Technical teams are performing a check on the system before bringing it active to our customers. System should be fully operational later on tonight.

Technical teams have identified the issue with the back end. A fix is in development to address the connectivity issue.

Investigating
We have detected connectivity anomalies between front end servers to the back end systems. We are taking US East out of rotation while we troubleshoot. US West is fully operational.
