OPSWAT technical teams have restarted all micro-services related to file scanning and tested large file scans from each individual scan server. We are performing a deeper analysis on the system to improve our services. If you continue to have issues, please contact support.

Identified

OPSWAT technical teams took corrective action on one of the servers in the farm. We are analyzing what failed. In the meantime we removed it from the load balancer. Next update in less than an hour.

OPSWAT technical teams are investigating an issue where large files are failing to upload completely to the scan servers. Update to follow in one hour.
