Metascan Online Front End (Europe) is not operational

As of 03:24:14PM PST the Europe front end server is operational. The server will be added back to the pool for clients to use. Clients were not affected by this incident.

Update

Traffic in Europe will be redirected to another server located in Europe while we investigate.

Investigating

At 01:58:14PM on 1/28/2015 we noticed errors from our Metascan Online front end server. We have taken it out of our load balancing pool to investigate the issue.
