This is a notice to inform customers that the MetaDefender Cloud product team is scheduling a maintenance window to release an emergency patch on our EU region on January 12 2026 between 12:00 AM and 2:00 AM UTC.

There should be no degradation of services during this maintenance window. Our customer success team will be available to assist you if you encounter unexpected behavior.
