Technical teams have completed monitoring of the logon servers and have determined the system is working normally now. Engineering will continue to research the cause. If you are having any problems using our systems, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Monitoring
Logon servers are working again. Issue began at 09:16 PM PST and lasted 40 minutes. Technical teams will continue to investigate, but Portal, Metadefender Endpoint, and SSO are functional again.

Technical teams are investigating an issue with our logon servers. Portal and Metadefender Endpoint are affected. We will update the notice as we investigate.
