We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified

We are unable to scan any files at the moment due to an incident with a 3rd party service provider. All files sent will be added to the queue and scanned when the issue is fixed.

This incident affected: MetaDefender Cloud - US and Asia (API - Multiscanning, API - Deep CDR) and MetaDefender Cloud - Europe (API - Multiscanning, API - Deep CDR).
