Multiscanning is back up and operational. The scan queue has been cleared as well. We will continue to monitor.

We have implemented a temporary fix that will provide results for all new scans submitted. We will keep monitoring the incident with our DNS provider so that we can clear the scanning queue of files submitted during the current outage.
