File Scan not working for free users, files are stuck in the queue.
Paid users are not affected. We are currently investigating the issue.

This incident affected: MetaDefender Cloud - US and Asia (API - Multiscanning, API - Dynamic Analysis) and MetaDefender Cloud - Europe (API - Multiscanning, API - Dynamic Analysis).
