The issue with our DNS Provider has been resolved, however we will continue to monitor MetaDefender Cloud - US/EU Multiscanning services to ensure stability and that no other issues arise. We thank you for your patience.

We have identified that our DNS Provider is experiencing some issues, which is affecting our services on MetaDefender Cloud Multiscanning US/EU region. Some scans are intermittently working but will be partially unavailable at times until the issue has been resolved at our DNS provider. We appreciate your patience and will provide an update shortly when services have been fully restored.
