This is a notice to inform customers that My OPSWAT Central management is scheduling a release on Oct 31, 2025, at 5:00 AM-6:00 AM UTC.
There should be no degradation of services during this upgrade. Our customer success team will be available to assist you if you encounter unexpected behavior.
No action is required during or after this maintenance.
Release Highlight: Resolved the issue where agent detection on a new device could take up to 5 minutes when accessing a protected application using the IdP Method or IdP MFA. The detection time has now been reduced to 30 seconds.
