My OPSWAT Portal is scheduled for maintenance on April 18, 2026, 00:00 – April 19, 2026, 17:00 (UTC). During this time, the Partner Portal and Support module within My OPSWAT will be temporarily unavailable.
- Support: You will not be able to create or manage support tickets through My OPSWAT during this period. For urgent matters, please contact us via email at help-support@opswat.com or via phone at www.opswat.com/support/contact-support.
- Partner Portal: Deal registrations and MDF requests cannot be submitted during this period. For time-sensitive matters, please contact your Channel Manager directly
Once the system is back online, all functions will resume as normal.
