Metascan Online Front End (Europe) is not operational
As of 03:24:14PM PST the Europe front end server is operational. The server will be added back to the pool for clients to use. Clients were not affected by this incident.

Identified issue with documentation replication 1/20/2015
Users were occasionally receiving errors when downloading documents and files due to a stale replica in one of our load balanced servers. The script has been corrected and service fully restored as of 1/20/2015 @ 5:10 PST.

Metascan Online Update (Europe) had an issue in delivering results to our customers between January 11th 12:00am to January 11th 17:00pm PST. Load balancing directed traffic to an alternative server until the issue was resolved
